Treatment was completed in approximately 6 months using a combination of whitening, short term orthodontics and porcelain veneers. After a 2-hour whitening appointment, white ceramic brackets were placed and the teeth were then moved to create even spaces between all teeth. Next, minimal preparation was completed and impressions made. A laboratory fabricated thin porcelain facings, which were then permanently fixed to the teeth.
